DAY
1
Bus
transportation from La Paz to Ventilla. (2 hrs). From this
point we will start to walk uphill until the village
Choquekhota. The uphill part will be at an altitude of
4.650
above sea level. From up there we have magnificent views of
the Snowed mountain Mururata. Today we walk until the
village of Kakapi where we will camp out, have dinner and
spend the night.
DAY
2
We
continue our hike to the village of Yanacachi. In this area
the vegetation is already subtropical, with banana, papaya
and coca leaves. We will pass a small mining village of
Chollja. From here is one hour down until Yanacachi, a
very nice village in the middle of South Yungas.

3
After
breakfast and exploring the small town of Yanacachi we will take a bus back
to La Paz.
